Aging: In stainless steel vats for at least 6 months.
Aging potential: 3 to 4 years
First year of production: Vintage 1996
Annual production: 22,500 bottles (75cl)
Sensory Profile: Soft pink, crystalline in colour. Aroma of cherries, strawberries and rose with a savory mineral palate. Tantalizing and sapid flavors with good structure, fresh acidity, and a finish of red fruits.
