A single grape Grappa with a fine and elegant aroma and an intense and
dry flavour. Obtained by distilling marc from Chardonnay with a
Bagnomaria in pot stills, which is then aged for a period of at least 36
months in small oak barrels of 225 litres, during which time the Master
Distiller closely monitors the development of the blend, checking the
scents and aromas, to achieve a unique balance.
