With its taste and easy-going manner, Leggero Folonari is a wine that goes perfectly with simple and authentic everyday cooking.

Production District:

Vines in Veneto from recently planted vineyards.

Training System:

The vines are trained using the Guyot system and partly on Trentino pergolas.

Harvest:

End of August.

Winemaking Method:

Harvested using the most modern mechanical systems combined with the traditional manual technique, the grapes are pressed separately. Fermentation takes place when blending has been carried out in order to harmonize the characteristics of the individual vines.

Recommended Cellaring:

1 year.
