Straw-yellow with gold reflections. Fine and fruity, with scents of peach, sage, broom flower and hawthorn; scents of balsamic herbs creating a beautiful herbaceous note. Fresh; well structured, excellent aromatic correspondence; great balance; medium-bodied, persistent, with a pleasant slightly bitter finish
