Cuisinewine Traditional White Cooking Wine

Cuisinewine’s WHITE STANDARD 10L cooking wine is an excellent quality, great value cooking wine. Especially created for chefs by our winemaker Ignacio González using our unique production process it has an alcohol level of 1,2% ABV retaining the original flavours and characteristics.

Our unique production process which slowly reduces the ABV of the wine before a pinch of salt is added allows the range to be classified as a condiment and therefore is not subject to duty or VAT.

Since the lower ABV is not achieved through the traditional industrial de-alcoholisation method of boiling the wine you lose none of the flavours or natural characteristics of the wine.
