Ichnusa is a Sardinian brewery, born in this land that we have always respected and protected. We are proud to make a quality beer, with passion and respect. Since 1912, the year in which it all began, we are committed to guaranteeing the quality and safety of all our ingredients, which we select with care.
Water is a key ingredient for beer. We draw it from an artesian aquifer at 50 meters deep, perfect for making our beer. And we have it analyzed regularly, from certified laboratories. In the last 5 years, we have carried out over 50 analysis of the water used for the production of our beer, and have always confirmed that the beers we produce in Assemini are safe and in compliance with all the legal limits, as well as with our very high quality and safety standards. No contaminants have been detected potentially dangerous to health.
In addition to water, all other ingredients such as malt, corn and hops, after an accurate selection are certified and verified periodically, to guarantee their quality and health.
We are at the forefront to protect our land and to make our production more and more sustainable. Protecting people’s health and respect for the territory are our priorities.
