The distillery is located on Corso Italia, one of Giarre’s main streets, and had a brilliant and rich history under the direction of his first owner, Maurizio Belfiore’s grandfather.
Nowadays, the distillery, still at number 96, has been rejuvenated thanks to an ambitious and grateful project. The panoramic view from the balconies, showcasing both the volcano and the seaside, leaves everyone in awe. The magnificence of the landscape, renowned worldwide for its raw materials and unique climate, is truly astonishing.
Our region’s raw materials quality is highly influenced by Mount Etna, which is a world heritage site. The abundant vegetation, graciously yielding fruits, plants, and flowers, becomes the essence we celebrate through distillation, brimming with gratitude. Oranges, lemons, artichokes, juniper, Giarre potatoes, aromatic herbs, and spices – all meticulously chosen and processed.
