Amber in colour. On the nose reveals a seductive bouquet of dried apricots, candied fruit, dried fruit and nuances of aromatic herbs. On the palate is sweet, enveloping with a sweetness well-balanced thanks to the acidity. Very persistent finish.

It is traditionally served at the end of a meal with pastries, fruit-based desserts, and ice cream. Works well with Gorgonzola or Sardinian Pecorino.
