Cannonau Le Bombarde has been a great classic of Alghero wine production for years. A wine with a strong and decisive character, faithful and excellent companion for all meals. Gold Medal at the New York International Wine Competition in 2018, appreciated also for its quality-price ratio.
Vinification and aging: soft pressing followed by a week of fermentation and maceration involving four remontages a day for a quarter of an hour each. The refinement is then carried out in vitrified cement tanks, until April of the year following the harvest.
