Alluvial, highly draining soils rich in gravel.

Guyot and Pergola Veronese.
HARVEST
Grapes are harvested in the last 10 days in August and the first 10 days in September.
WINEMAKING METHOD
The grapes are picked and immediately transferred to the cellar to avoid the effects of maceration. The vinification is by the white wine method, with cold settling of the must and fermentation at a controlled temperature (14-16° C); selected yeasts are used to enhance the varietal aromas of the grapes.
SENSORY PROFILE
Bright, pale yellow colour; full and complex bouquet of great elegance, with hints of dry hay, apple and exotic fruits (banana, pineapple) and wild flowers; harmonious and well structured with a fine fruity aftertaste.
RECOMMENDED CELLARING
1 year in bottle, laid down in a cool, dark place.
FOOD PAIRING
Excellent with antipasti, soups, eggs, fish and cold white meats.
