Straw yellow in colour, Etna Broom, grapefruit and lemon, green apple, fresh-cut grass, and wet stone on the nose. Fresh and enchanting with balanced sapidity. Lingering olfactory persistence reminiscent of green apple and lemon.

Grilled white fish with salmoriglio (vinaigrette with lemon); linguine with seafood.
