Vines in Veneto from recently planted vineyards.
Training System:
The vines are trained using the Guyot system and partly on Trentino pergolas.
Harvest:
End of August.
Winemaking Method:
Harvested using the most modern mechanical systems combined with the traditional manual technique, the grapes are pressed separately. Fermentation takes place when blending has been carried out in order to harmonize the characteristics of the individual vines.
