The vineyards are in the hills between Cormons and San Floriano del Collio, a zone with good exposure and ideal temperature swings which favour the formation of aromatic precursors in the grapes.

WINEMAKING METHOD
– The de-stemmed grapes undergo soft pressing
– The first-pressing must is then fermented in temperature-controlled steel tanks
– Once the residual sugars have been used up, the wine is left to settle in steel in contact with noble lees
Intense straw-yellow hue, well-rounded aroma, with a fragrance of ripe pear hinting at nut and ripe melon. Soft and harmonious taste, with a back palate of yellow-fleshed fruit
