Grapes harvested by hand in little boxes from vineyards planted in 1987 on granite weathering soil at 350 meters s.l.m.
The Wine: Steel white wine, it’s a Vermentino produced from grapes vinified in advance of maturity with care at low temperatures.
It has a brilliant straw yellow colour, the bouquet is elegant and persistent, recalls the Mediterranean flowers and fruits, the taste is full enveloping on the palate with a long aftertaste. This is a wine to drink with seafood, soups and fresh cheeses.
