The grapes are cultivated in vineyards planted in 1987 on a hill of 350 meters above sea level, the soil is a derivative of granites break-up, the average production is under 50 quintals per hectares. The grape harvesting is manual and the grapes are collected in little containers, the vinification is made through a soft crushing and pressing of the grapes under checked temperature.
The Wine: Steel white wine, This wine is born in his zone of origin, composed by a great character, with straw yellow colour and lighter green reflections, it has a long persistent and particularly fine bouquet, with tastes of exotic fruits united to mineral nuanes.
