Lamberti wines reinterpret the classic style of the terroir with a modern slant, the infinite nuances of their fragrances and colours encapsulating Lake Garda’s multifaceted nature in each glass.
PRODUCTION DISTRICT: Vineyards in the Bardolino DOC zone, on the eastern shore of Lake Garda.
ALTITUDE: 200 metres above sea level.
TYPE OF SOIL: Very stony, gravelly morainic soil.
TRAINING SYSTEM: Veronese pergola.
HARVEST: Around mid-September.
WINEMAKING METHOD: The grapes are pressed and fermented on the skins until the must obtains the desired colour nuance. The fermentation is slow and at controlled temperature with selected yeasts. Before the bottling the wine waits for a short period in stainless steel tanks.
SENSORY PROFILE: Soft pink colour; well defined aromas, with hints of berries and fresh violets; dry, savoury, delicately fruity, with a delicious cherry note on the finish.
RECOMMENDED CELLARING: 1 year in bottle, laid horizontally in a dark place at the right temperature and humidity.
FOOD PAIRING: Antipasti, starters, whitemeats.
