PRODUCTION DISTRICT
Vineyards cultivated with white grapes in Sicily.
HARVEST
The grapes are harvested between August and September when fully
ripened.
WINEMAKING METHOD
Classic white-wine fermentation techniques are used, with cooling of
freshly soft-pressed grapes, cold settling and temperature-controlled
fermentation.
AGEING
The wine is stored in steel tanks until February, when it is bottled.
SENSORY PROFILE
Straw yellow color with golden highlights. Graceful, delicate, captivating
aromas come to the fore as early as the spring, and lead into a palate of
generous, fragrant structure, combined with the warmth typical of Sicilian
white wines.
