WINEMAKING METHOD
The perfectly ripe and healthy grapes undergo the red winemaking method, on the skins for about two weeks. Temperature control and well-judged daily pumping-over produce a well-structured wine rich in fruity notes and hints of Mediterranean scrubland.
AGEING NOTE
The passage in woodand the subsequent ageing in bottles creates a complex, harmonious, velvety-soft wine.
SENSORY PROFILE
Ruby red colour with garnet hues. Typical aromas of raspberries, Parma violets and irises with hints of spice and toasted almonds. Candid, tangy, harmonious flavour with stylish, very lingering notes of liquorice and jam.
