It is an extraordinary wine for it's unique and elegant organoleptic characteristics. Light red colour, floral and slight berry fragrance, it's taste is rich in soft tannins and it is well balanced with the wine acidity. It's aftertaste is long lasting and savoury and crispy. This wine is very easy and versatile in combinations. It can be matched with dishes like fish, white meat, with fresh vegetable salads, can be served with soups, Ramen, Udon, but we also recommend pizza. But this wine is very suited to Japanese food such as sushi, sashimi.
