PRODUCTION DISTRICT: Vines in Veneto from recently planted vineyards.
TRAINING SYSTEM: The vines are trained using the Guyot system and partly on Trentino pergolas.
HARVEST: End of August.
WINEMAKING METHOD: Harvested using the most modern mechanical systems combined with the traditional manual technique the grapes are pressed separately. Fermentation takes place when blending has been carried out in order to harmonize the characteristics of the individual vines.
SENSORY PROFILE: Smooth and balanced, an intense perfume of flowers and honey and a slightly aromatic flavour.
RECOMMENDED CELLARING: 1 year.
FOOD PAIRING: Leggero Folonari is ideal at lunch with a starter or sandwich but also with soups, cold cuts and fresh cheeses and excellent with pizza. With its perfume it is perfect with ham and melon and as an aperitif.
