Per hectare production: KG 10000 -13000 of grapes
Vinification: Destemming of grapes and decrease of temperature at 6°/8° and maceration for 12 hours, soft pressing of grape, static decanting of the must and alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature of 16°/18° C.
Ageing: At the end of fermentation it is separated from the crude sediment and it ages on the fine sediment for 3 months, then it is stabilised and bottled. Ageing in bottle for 30-40 days
Colour: Pale yellow with green scents
Fragrance/taste: Fruity, elegant and persistent with a fresh and persistent taste
Food pairing: Perfect with risotto, fish meals, soft cheeses and white meat.
