LUGANA D.O.C.

Wine obtained exclusively from the autochthonous Turbiana grape, carefully selected among our vineyards. Straw yellow color, with greenish reflexes, characterized by elegant scents, pleasantly fruity and intense, with delicate citrus tones. It is a fresh and tasty wine, full-bodied, with a pleasant persistence.

WINEMAKING

Manual harvesting, gentle pressing, partial heated maceration for 12 hours at 5°C, alcoholic fermentation operated by yeasts at controlled temperature.

TASING NOTES

Straw yellow color with greenish reflections, marked minerality with floral aromas of citrus fruits; freshness and flavor characterize the aromatic and sharp taste.

PAIRING

Ideal as aperitif and with first fish and vegetable dishes. Excellent side for fish baked in foil and ideal to accompany white meats and veal.
