Pure malt light beer, produced with barley
malt and wheat malt, with a fresh taste,
slightly acidic, very fruity and not very bitter,
spicy, compact, creamy and adherent foam.
Unfiltered, unpasteurised, top-fermented and
refermented in the bottle .
Excellent when paired with white meats,
cured meats, fresh and mature cheeses.
Also as an aperitif.
