It is an intense and rich wine which aims for a maximum expression of the territory, ruby red in colour and noble on the palate, it has a strong character and soft tannins, along with a marked fragrance of maraca, plums and cherries. This wine is unique in it's kind. Because it is made with three times of harvest. The first time is the previous harvest kept in barrels for 12 months. The second time the grapes are cut and left to dry in the sun. The grape dries and concentrates the sugar. The third time regards the current harvest. This wine can be matched with red meat, roast meat with mushrooms, with italian style appetizers that sliced meats, mature cheese, olives and spicy sausage. But this wine can be served with Tappenyaky, with yakinitu.
