COLOUR: Intense ruby red with violet hues and a garnet rim
NOSE: Ample bouquet of ripe red fruit and fine spicy notes of cocoa, vanilla, cloves, coffee and cinnamon.
PALATE: Great structure, powerful, elegant, well-balanced and persistent; the tannins are soft and velvety.
WINE PAIRING: Appetizers of cured meat; pasta with meat sauce; truffles and porcini mushrooms; perfect with roasted meat, game, hard cheese and dark chocolate .
