PRODUCTION DISTRICT: Vineyards located in Veneto region.
WINEMAKING METHOD: The grapes are soft crushed and pressed, and immediately separated from the skins to avoid excessive pigmentation of the first-pressing must. Following primary fermentation at a controlled temperature, the base wine is refermented in a pressure tank.
SENSORY PROFILE: Antique rose hue with fine, persistent bead; a pervasive floral nose; and a fresh, fruity palate.
RECOMMENDED CELLARING: One year.
FOOD PAIRING: Antipasti, delicately flavoured starters, white meats, and fruitbased desserts.
