The grapes are cultivated on granite soil on a hill of around 500-600 meters above sea level. The grape harvesting is manual and the grapes are collected in little boxes.
The Wine: Steel red wine, the skins remain mixed with the must for above two weeks, after a first maturation in stainless barrels, it is aged in 1000 liters oak barrels. It is a wine characterised by it's ruby red colour with lighter garnet reflections, it has a long persistent bouquet, particularly fine, the smells recall pulped red fruits and reminds the aromas of spices. This is a full body Harmonious, soft, pleasant tannic wine. Good to accompany roast dishes especially red meats, and cheese.
