Production Notes

Fully ripened grapes are hand-harvested with careful selection of the best bunches. They are immediately de stemmed and gently crushed. Fermentation takes place in small temperature-controlled tanks with daily pump-overs, followed by maceration for approximately 10–12 days to extract color, structure, and aromatic intensity.

Intense ruby red with violet reflections in colour. Scents of rose, violet, myrtle and cinnamon on the nose. On the palate, it is fresh and fruity, dry and velvety with balsamic notes, medium-bodied, and good acidity, pleasantly tannic.
