The Flea Brewery is the flagship of the companies of the Universo Flea group.
The idea of producing high quality craft beer was born in 2013 in Gualdo Tadino from the entrepreneur Matteo Minelli and his wife Maria Cristina Cocchi, who although the young age decide to get involved to create value and business in the small town of Gualdo Tadino, in the green heart of Italy.
Today the group has over 120 young collaborators, employed in sectors very different from each other, but with a single great vision that binds our Universe.
Our reality was born as an agricultural society: we love our territory and our origins and a way to thank our land is to try to give back what is given to us, investing in the surrounding area, with the aim of transmitting this love from the earth to the glass. The transparent and sustainable approach of the short and agri-food chain is an act of love and investment in terms of economic and tourist promotion to our territory.
Our brand new structure represents a real integration between the agricultural world and the urban world: architecture and design of the latest generation among the suggestive hills of Gualdo Tadino, our Brewery presents a production in sight and central to the building, symbolically representing the beating heart of our Universe.
While maintaining the product and its workmanship totally artisanal, we have a latest generation plant, installed in 2020, able to guarantee high quality standards and very important production numbers.
