Vignamato is a family-run winery based in the Marche region of central Italy, with roots dating back to 1945. Located near the town of San Paolo di Jesi, in the heart of the Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi appellation, the estate has been passed down through generations and is now managed by siblings Maurizio and Francesca Mazzarini. Vignamato is particularly known for its Verdicchio wines, which express the freshness, structure, and aging potential of this important local grape, as well as for producing Lacrima di Morro d’Alba, a distinctive aromatic red variety native to the area. Combining traditional practices with modern winemaking techniques, the winery focuses on sustainability and careful vineyard management to highlight the character of the Marche terroir.
