The grapes are cultivated on granite soil on a hill of around 500-600 meters above sea level. The grape harvesting is manual and the grapes are collected in little boxes. The Wine: Steel red wine, the skins remain mixed with the must for above two weeks, after a first maturation in stainless barrels, it is aged in 1000 liters oak barrels. Serve at: 16 – 18°C
