Colour: deep ruby red Aroma: full-bodied and complex, ripe red and black fruits, vanilla, spices, chocolate, mahogany Flavour: full bodied, with round soft tannins and a long-lasting finish

Best paired with: red meats, roasted game, stews, wild game meats, aged cheeses. Highly recommended with aged, 13-months DOP Ragusano cheese, Nebrodi provola cheese and pecorino.
